Mr. Mubarak Al-Badr, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Brandatt Electronic Trading Company K.S.C., announced the registration of Brandatt Company shares on OTC Platform; system for trading securities unlisted on Kuwait Stock Exchange, to be the first Kuwaiti and Gulf company in e-commerce sector to trade its shares, by sale and purchase, using that activity for the public. It is worth noting that Brandatt application, which is available on Apple Store and Google Play applications, in addition to Huawei Store for Apple and Android devices, whether for mobile phones or laptops, includes different thresholds to online shopping channels, including everything related to men and women and children.
Al-Badr pointed out that Brandatt E-Commerce Company was established in 2016 and, since then, has widened its activity gradually until it achieved several successes at the commercial and economic levels. Therefore, it is one of today’s attractive and contributing sources to support Kuwaiti national economy, thanks to the joint cooperation between our Company and local and international companies, as well as to the customers, users and suppliers joining the application. In this respect, we cannot ignore the efforts exerted by our workers in all technical, administrative and logistical fields, as well as the recommendations of expert houses. Hence, we are very keen to provide our customers with their various requirements, focusing on expediting fulfilling their orders with the most possible quality and speed, whether they were inside or outside Kuwait.
In order to achieve integration in performance, Al-Badr said: “We were keen to own a service-logistical arm represented by the delivery company, Evco, which is 100% owned by Brandatt, so as to ensure the level of quality, service and speed in local delivery, in addition to our keenness to contract with major global delivery companies to ensure that orders reach our customers all over the world”.
One of the major targets of the distinguished activity of launching “Brandatt” on OTC Platform, the system for trading securities unlisted on Kuwait Stock Exchange, is to open the way for our customers to be true partners of a Kuwaiti success story to be added to the records of success stories, similar to international companies.
Mr. Mubarak Al-Bader added that, stemming from the principle of transparency, Brandat shall be keen to display its information through "Al-Mowazi.com", which is the first provider of real-time price data and information on the shares of companies unlisted on OTC Platform in Kuwait Stock Exchange.
Brandat's keenness to display its information through Al-Mowazi platform is due to the fact that it is characterized by ease of obtaining the main information and its continuous investigation of the accuracy of information it provides to shareholders and investors periodically through official sources and not only through the company's general assembly.
Al-Badr also indicated that upon the Company's registration, it becomes the first Kuwaiti technology company to join OTC Platform and provide its shareholders with opportunity for an easier exit or for the entry if new investors.
On this occasion, Mr. Fahad Al-Shariaan, CEO of KIC Brokerage Company, stated that KIC Brokerage Company solely provides electronic trading solutions through its application and website to its customers on OTC Platform, the system for trading securities unlisted on Kuwait Stock Exchange, which, in turn, will allow a large segment of Shareholders to trade the shares of all companies registered on the Platform electronically.
