The extra-ordinary general assembly of Kuwait Dairy Company (trading as KD Cow) agreed to increase its capital by KD 250,000 from KD 2.5 million to KD 2.75 million. The increase in capital will be in the form of 2.5 million bonus shares to shareholders.
The nominal value of shares will be one hundred fils per share for the 27,500,000 shares issued by the company.
