The Chairman and CEO of Contracting & Marine Services Company (OTC code 89) , Engineer Ali Daghim Al-Shammari, said that the company continued its cash profit distributions for the fourth consecutive year. This was done despite the challenges brought about by COVID19, which caused a global economic recession and negatively affected the Kuwaiti market.
This decision was approved by the General Assembly for the distribution of 5% cash dividend i.e. 5 fils per share in cash for the financial year 2020. This was done in line with the confidence of the shareholders, and in the interest of preserving its cash distribution policies.
