The First Financial Brokerage Company announced that it would open the door for candidacy for an independent (complementary) seat membership for the current council period, within two weeks from the date of Sunday 19 July 2020 to Sunday 2 August 2020, and the company clarified that those who wish to nominate those who meet the membership conditions according to the requirements stated In the fifth book of the executive regulations of Law No. (7) for the year 2010 and their amendments, and the requirements that have been included in the relevant laws and regulations, they must submit an application for candidacy, provided that the application includes the following documents:
- Submit an official letter to the company management stating the desire to run during the specified advertising period, provided that the letter is accompanied by his curriculum vitae, qualifications and experience in the company's business field in accordance with the relevant forms and statutory requirements.
- Provide a statement of the joint stock companies that participate in the membership of its board of directors.
- Submit a statement of the number and date of the boards of directors of companies that he previously held membership if he previously held the membership of the board of directors of a joint stock company.
- Provide a statement of the companies or institutions that he participates in managing or owning, and that do similar activities to the company.
- Attached to the application is a clear and valid copy of the civil ID and passport, in addition to the candidate's contact number and email.
The company stated that the candidacy applications and their attachments will be received by handing them over to its headquarters.
