The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) announced that in regards to renewing  the Securities Activities License of Boubyan Capital Investment Company, having perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
 
- The securities activities license certificate of Boubyan Capital Investment Company No. (AP/2015/0033) issued on 254/11/2015; and
 
- Based on the application submitted by Boubyan Capital Investment Company on 26/07/2018 to renew the license of the securities activities at the CMA; and
- Resolution No. (20) of 2018 on amending the final approval of authorizations for the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 11/02/2018.  
  
The Following Was Resolved
 
Article (1)
The securities activities license of Boubyan Capital Investment Company at the CMA is hereby renewed for practicing the following activities:
1- Investment Portfolio Manager.
2- Investment Advisor.
3- Collective Investment Scheme Manager.
4- Subscription Agent.
5- Securities Broker not registered in the Securities Exchange

 The license is valid for three years, renewable for the same period. 
 
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
