AlBuraq Holding Company was incorporated as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company on March 19, 2008.

Capital Structure of the Company:
The authorized, issued, and paid-up capital of Al-Buraq Holding is set at KD 15 million (fifteen million Kuwaiti Dinars), spread across 150 milion shares (one hundred fifty million shares), with each share having a nominal value of 100 fils.
