Founded in 2003, United Education Co. (UEC) is a prominent educational group based in Kuwait. UEC owns, develops, manages, and operates K-12 and higher education institutes in Kuwait.
UEC launched its operations in 2004 with the establishment of the American University of Kuwait (AUK). In 2012, it established the American United School (AUS) and acquired Al-Rayan Holding Company with its six schools with a total combined capacity of over 20,000 students offering different curriculums to cater to the local market's diverse demographic composition. Most recently, UEC invested in Delhi-based B2B EdTech firm Eupheus Learning. UEC continues to seek opportunities in the educational sector and expand its asset base within the GCC region.
