(Closed) under the name (formerly Sorouh Investment) as a shareholding company under the Commercial Companies Law in Kuwait on December 5, 2005 with a capital of KD 18.89 million. The company is registered in the Commercial Registry No. 110811.

The ordinary and extraordinary general assembly of the company held on October 13, 2015 approved the amortization of the accumulated losses of the company by reducing the capital to KD 7.804 million, and the change of the company's activity from an investment company to a holding company.
