(c), previously known as Al Hayat International General Trading & Contracting Company - Mohammed Mahmoud Al Rahmani & Partners - W.L.L., is a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company registered in the State of Kuwait. It was incorporated under Contract No. 58/Leather 1 on January 3, 2006, with subsequent amendments, the latest of which was through memorandum No. 356 issued by the Joint Stock Companies Department on June 16, 2015.

The company is officially registered in the commercial register of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait under No. 55021, dated January 4, 2006.
