Qibla Company for Integrated Services, a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company was originally established as Qibla Travel and Tourism on May 9, 2004. The company is registered in the commercial register under No. 99961.

According to the minutes of an extraordinary general assembly meeting held on December 29, 2020, as published in Kuwait Alyoum newspaper, Issue 1539, the company's name was changed to "Qibla Company for Integrated Services." As a result, Article No. (1) of its articles of association was amended to reflect this change.

Company Capital:
The capital of Qibla Travel & Tourism, as stated in the minutes of the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on December 29, 2020, was increased from KD 500,000 to KD 3.5 million. This increase of KD 3 million was made through the company's current shareholders, with the opportunity for outside participation if needed to cover the new capital. The company's capital is now KD 3.5 million distributed over 35 million shares, each with a value of 100 fils, all paid in cash.d travel with its various activities.
