Company profile

AlMowasat Healthcare Company - K.S.C.C was originally established as Mowasat Holding, a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company, on September 12, 1998, in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law in Kuwait. However, the company underwent a significant change when its Extraordinary General Assembly, held on November 24, 2009, approved amendments to the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association. After these changes, the company's name was officially changed to AlMowasat Healthcare - a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company. The company is registered under Commercial Registration No. 74506.
On October 9, 2006, AlMowasat Healthcare Company was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. However, it decided to voluntarily withdraw from Boursa Kuwait on October 1, 2017.

Company capital:
As stated in the annual financial report for the financial year ended December 31, 2021, the authorized, issued, and fully paid-up capital of Mouwasat Healthcare is KD 10,164,000. This amount remains the same as in the previous year (2020). The capital is distributed over 101,640,000 shares, with each share having a nominal value of 100 fils. Furthermore, all shares are paid in cash.
