The National Slaughter House Company (a Kuwaiti shareholding closed company) was established on July 21, 1998 under a Memorandum of Association notarized under No. 525 / Volume 1 in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law. The company’s founding assembly announced its establishment on July 21, 1998. The company was listed for trading in the Kuwait Stock Exchange on May 10, 2005 on April 25, 2017, the company was excited from the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
