The company's official entry into the Commercial Register was on January 15, 2007, under the registration number 97778. A resolution from the extraordinary general assembly on January 6, 2007, led to the renaming of the company in the Commercial Register, changing from Kuwait United Entertainment to United Leisure & Tourism Company K.S.C. (closed).
