Boubyan Takaful Insurance Company was established on 21 June 2006 with an authorized capital of KWD10 million. The Company provides a wide range of insurance products including takaful insurance against fire and general accidents, marine, aviation, family and medical  takaful in accordance to the guidelines of Islamic Sharia principles and under the supervision of a Sharia Committee. Boubyan Takaful Insurance Company is the first model for an insurance company in Kuwait licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait to conduct its work through Boubyan Bank branch which is known banking insurance.
