- Management and operational activities related to food supplies in restaurants, hospitals, schools, universities, companies, factories, camps, parks, commercial and residential complexes, clubs, institutes, amusement parks, guest houses, residences, theaters, cinemas, recreational, sports, tourism and shops projects of various degrees and levels, including all services necessary for them, whether directly or indirectly on behalf of others.
- Manufacture, import, sell, package, store and distribute foodstuffs, beverages, food and other consumables, in the manner the company deems appropriate, wholesale or retail.
- Purchase and import of equipment and supplies necessary to carry out the company's purposes.
- Representing companies and participating in similar tenders for these purposes.
- Owning current and real estate assets necessary to carry out its activity within the permissible limits in accordance with the law.
- Utilizing the financial surplus available with the company by investing it in portfolios managed by partners and specialized agencies.

The company has the right to conduct the aforementioned business in the State of Kuwait and abroad, on an original or proxy basis, and the company may engage in similar or complementary businesses that are necessary or related to its aforementioned purposes.
- Buying and selling shares and bonds for the benefit of the company only.

-  Al Thiqa Foodstuffs Company - a Kuwaiti shareholding company (Closed) was established on October 4, 2021, in accordance with the provisions of Companies Law No. 1/2016, its amendments and its executive regulations. The company was registered in the Commercial Register under No. 453182.

The company's capital

- The authorized and issued capital of Al Thiqa Group Foodstuffs Company is  KD 2,000,000 (Kuwaiti dinar two million) distributed over 20,000,000 shares with a nominal value of 100 fils and all shares are cash.

- The paid-up capital is KD 500,000.
