Company profile

Cura Health Company, formerly known as Safwan Trading and Contracting, was established as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company on March 27, 2000, under the Commercial Companies Law in Kuwait. The company was registered under Commercial Registration No. 80262. Its shares were listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange on May 24, 2005, and the company voluntarily withdrew from the market on February 5, 2017.

In terms of company capital, the authorized, issued, and paid-up capital of Cura Health (previously Safwan Trading and Contracting) as of the financial report for the nine months of 2016 was KD 5 million divided into 50 million  shares with a value of 100 fils each, all of which were cash.

Following an AGM held on November 15, 2021, the authorized, issued, and paid-up capital of Cura Health (formerly Safwan Trading and Contracting) was revised to KD 4,513,513, distributed over 45,135,138 shares with a nominal value of 100 fils per share, all of which were cash.
