The company engages in various activities, including:
  • Owning shares in both Kuwaiti and foreign shareholding companies. We also possess shares or stakes in Kuwaiti or foreign limited liability companies. Additionally, we participate in the establishment, management, lending, and guaranteeing of such companies across various sectors.

Company profile

AlRouyah Capital Holding - K.S.C. (c) was initially established as a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company under the name Al-Rouya Investment and Leasing Company. The company's establishment was notarized by the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department of the Ministry of Justice in Kuwait on July 30, 2006. It was subsequently registered in the commercial register of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait under No. 115711. The initial capital of the company was KD 15.3 million, divided into 153 million shares of 100 fils each.

In the ordinary meeting of the General Assembly held on July 27, 2017, a decision was made to reduce the company's capital from KD 15.3 million to KD 7,220,774.
