* United International Holding Company was established as a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company with a capital of KWD 10 million to carry out various investment activities. As part of the Company’s efforts to partner with various investment entities, a new entity was incorporated in cooperation with a UAE partner to focus on IT and technology services and to provide automated banking services, as well as their development, connecting them to the transfer devices and qualify them to provide advanced banking services. The Company has already secured two agreements and is currently executing both of them as per the highest technological standards. The company’s management intends to expand its oil and petroleum investments through the establishment of a specialized company to cover the activities of that sector, including marketing derivatives and the provision of all related services, as well as access to American companies and agencies, in addition to refineries and well services.
