(c) was established as a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company - Holding, documented by the Ministry of Justice - Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department, under the memorandum of incorporation of a Kuwaiti shareholding company (holding) with No. 6612/Volume 1, dated October 9, 2005. The company was officially established on October 18, 2005, following the decision of the constituent general assembly. It is registered in the commercial register in Kuwait under No. 110439.
